Officer 23165. You have been extremely polite and approachable up to 10:30 (the only officer in this video to act this way, so thank you). I paused it to answer your question out of respect, as this subject is often completely misunderstood. I studied photography at university, and for a few years after I was a professional documentary photographer. I quit this job because I was bullied and harassed so many times by the police for doing something normal, and legal. Whilst at university we studied Photography Law, although I knew the law and my rights... the police's behaviour frightened me. This channel, and so many others like it (this is the best one) are standing their ground and teaching people who need to know, their Rights and the law. It is a public service, and AB is a hero in my view. I hope this answers your question. :)

So we now have "Shire policing unit" instead of "Shire Police Force" Privatisation Note in 2015 the very first UK private police force became, G4S got Lincolnshire Police Force by PFI tender. Also in 2019, Serco was allowed to have Constable grade Police Officer. Also in 2020, Serco was allowed to have Sergeant grade Police Officer.

And when the people stop going there the businesses fail and local authorities make redundancies or close altogether. The conduct of police is a huge issue in this scenario. My husbands job takes him all over the UK but we would never move to any place with bad or ignorant cops like these. We chose our current location because of great police who are polite and helpful. We have children to bring up and we do not want them contaminated into thinking they are not free or having their rights infringed upon. We live near a small town and it is delightful!
