It’s such a hard call to know how much is too much and still let them enjoy being on a team. We are still relatively new to our community and sport teams have been a great way to make friends. It can be exhausting though with 4 of them!

LOL , your Roos are SO FUNNY! The Ratio of roosters to hens is one rooster to 10 hens. If you have to many Roos the will abuse your hens.

Thanks Angie! I thought it was 1 to 10. In that case we have 1 too many Roos 😔 I don’t think we will be hatching any more anytime soon. Now the question is who goes Star or Pigeon? Such a hard choice! Why did we name them 😭

@@theflowermeadowupick I know, it’s harder when you raise them.🥹 Wish I was closer, I will be needing another roo by end of summer. Got 24 chicks today, one roo and I have 25 chicks coming by May 4 with no roo. 😳 But I’m sure there will be plenty Roos available soon. 😜

May i suggest you contact a greenhouse company called Grower Solutions I think it is. I first heard of them from the KZbin channel 'Living Traditions Homestead' but last year Jason from 'Cog Hill' also made some sort of deal & has a super amazing set-up now after his tiny greenhouses were wrecked by high winds at their new location. I'm sure they all would be happy to help in any way that they could to get your business off to a great start.
