I went through all of their OTHER instrumental songs before i remembered that bass riff/solo-ish thing that popped in my head was from THIS SONG. Thank you for doing this video! I will always be grateful that Metallica has had amazing bass players, but I’m even more grateful that they finally have more live recordings where you can really hear the bass parts now!! Anyone wanting some awesome riffs to play, I HIGHLY recommend the one that starts around the 04:00 or so. what i find really awesome about cliffs playing is that he sometimes managed to escape from the boring "bass duty" in heavy metal genre. Like, playing the the same riff as the guitar or just playing the tonic notes of the chords. every single album he was alive, he gave us some incredible and memorable melodies (anesthesia, for whom the bell tolls, orion just to name a few ).

I can't use patreon so... but if you do can I request liquid state by muse, I've been playing since January and I can play a couple songs e.g. Panic station, handler and exo politics. But I really would appreciate liquid state because it's hard finding a good tab for it. Or if you don't like like liquid state you can play animals?

Practise it slowly for long enough so that it's a no-brainer for you and then slowly increase the tempo.
