Get some sunshine!!! Vitamin D really helped me when I had Delta covid (before I managed to get vaccinated). I felt like shit for almost 10 days. But luckily I live in Indonesia and I just soaked up as much sun as I could and that relieved a lot of the symptoms a bit. Hope it's a negative result soon!

I got the chills really bad when I got the vaccine, and they're not really like a feeling in your back, it's more like you're sweating profusely but have never felt more cold in your life and shivering uncontrollably. Not fun lol. Glad you're ok!
