You are a joy to watch. Covid was with me for 3 weeks. Why do I take such good care of myself till I feel ill? Then everything is Willy nilly. Getting back on tract. Went for a long walk today, after lying in bed, felt very good, but as I walk along the Atlantic Ocean and it’s the tail end of November, it was terribly cold. I’ll sleep soundly tonight. The 5 Tibetan rights are something I aspire to. Thank you

The majority of my family who are all over the country have never had Covid - yet! Not sure how I've dodged the bullet as I regularly travel by bus (and have done so out of necessity throughout the pandemic) and look after two grandkids after school. The 13 year old had Covid over Christmas and I kissed her goodbye the day before she tested positive! I've regularly been back to cafes and restaurants but haven't yet returned to the theatre or cinema or anywhere where you have to sit for several hours with a bunch of strangers. I've taken a HIGH dose of Vitamin D3 right from the start plus a moderate dose of Vit C.

No covid for me either. I take sirop with propolis ( made by the bees against bad viruses and bacteria) and various herbs as soon as i feel something strange in my nose or throat. And i take Quercetin, vitamine C and D all winter. Now the sun is shining i love to sit in the sun and get enough vitamine D . Not between 12.00 and 15.00 that is. I did not get the shot with the vague gen therapy. In my opinion it undermines your own healthy resistance.

I had covid19 twice. First time March 2021. It was more moderate. I was weak and had the high fever one week apart, then low grade. The dry cough lasted six weeks. Then got omicron in January, and just a severely raw throat for four days. No fever. Actually still did workouts. I didn’t get any vaccines, as I have been following all the studies on natural infection and the second time was mild. I take 5,000 Vitamin D3 along with the zinc and Quercetin. My doctor advised all of this. I didn’t have brain fog, but my mother who is 79, had horrible brain fog. She is allergic to ingredients in vaccines, so she couldn’t get it. Hope you’re feeling better soon.

I had it in late November. Fever, sneezing, body aches. I made a full recovery. My 83 year old brother had it in January. When he called his doctor, he was told that at least 30 of his patients had it! He had a fever for just two days and a bit of stomach upset but after that it was just fatigue. Fortunately, just before he tested positive, he had gone shopping because we were expecting snow so he was all stocked up (but had no appetite). Over two months later, and he's feeling great. One tip: stay hydrated. So glad you're on the mend, Suzi! One more thing regarding movies. We've had a bit of a cold snap here in NYC so I've been watching Turner Classics; they've had their "Road To Oscar" series. Last night featured Lawrence of Arabia (a young Peter O'Toole, so handsome and commanding) and Bridge on the River Kwai with William Holden, Alec Guiness and others. Sometime the classics are what I need.

This is belated as I am watching your vlog a week later but I was sorry to hear that you were unwell with covid and had to postpone your return to Lanzarote. I hope you have regained your energy and feel less foggy and better. I tested positive last Sunday and had to delay my holiday by a few days but feel fortunate that I have not felt unwell with it, just a bit achey and lacking in vavavoom. Thanks to you I have been doing Tibetan Rites for the past 3 years and play around with them. 🙏 Jane X

So sorry you've been poorly Suzi but very glad that you are starting to feel better. You have such a positive, proactive approach to managing illness though and are a great example to follow ❤ (Your reflections on living with osteoporosis will be SO helpful to others with this horrible condition. These diagnoses are a terrible shock though 😑) I'm very afraid of covid. I already have very low energy and poor concentration, and would be worried that the incapacitation would last a while - I wouldn't cope! Hoping to avoid but not expecting to. Take care, dear Suzi and Jack.

Evening Suzi just wondering how your face is now after the treatment which I must say looked rather painful! Think you were very brave! Dont think I will be going down that route! Think I will stick to the creams etc. Went to see Lou Sanders gig in Redhill on Thursday ok not great seeing Ed Gamble in Dorking tomorrow evening. Had phone calls today from my good friend Brenda in Tobago and Betty in Spain which cheered me up no end. Done some retail therapy in town yesterday after disruption on trains someone got hit by a train at Raynes Park so no trains at all at Wimbledon or Worcester Park so I drove and got underground. Never seen so many police at the station feel it may have been more than mentioned as stations closed for a very long tome. Do love going out hate sitting watching TV. Hope you are feeling totally better now. Looking forward to your next blog Happy Easter to you Lv Sue

It’s looking great Susan. I am beginning to notice an improvement and the manicurist in Lanzarote noticed having not seen me for a few months! But not enough to look weird, just healthy! I think Doc said the creams are the first thing to do so you’re not wrong! Ooh I love Ed Gamble but don’t know Lou Sanders. I am so looking forward to gigs and have a lot planned after my little break. See you soon and let’s hope these trains get their act together as it seems rubbish my end too. I love going out when it’s warm! Hate the cold evenings at the moment and love watching TV so am happy as Larry wherever I am if I have Netflix! But I do go out a lot too. Especially lunches, theatre, movies and staycations. Big love x
