tutu beast I know of two people who have been found dead at home (both in their late 50’s) They showed no signs of illness before they died. Add to that the various people I know who have died from heart attacks, strokes and blood clots over this past two years, I find it all very scary. Our political and media class must know that something is badly wrong but refuse to acknowledge or take responsibility for their gullibility and stupidity in being fooled by the so called ‘experts’ and pharmaceutical companies.Take this video as an example, one wrong word from the good Doctor and its by bye bye KZbin. How our politicians from ALL of the political parties still have the nerve to put themselves forward at the next general election is beyond me.

@@beezybe7166 five years from 2016 includes 2020 - which was a pandemic year - so theortically the 5 year average is higher than usual. Usually a pandemic will disproportionately affect those near end of life - so usually the following 3-5 years will see lower than average deaths. Put these two points together and the fact that we're now seeing excess deaths is doubly worrying - we should be seeing less deaths than average, not more.

I had Covid almost a year ago, but I never had any of these symptoms. No cough, no sore throat, no runny nose, no headache, no stiff neck, no swollen glands, no shortness of breath, no shivers or chills, no fever, no sore eyes, no chest pain or tightness, no dizziness or light-headedness. My symptoms were severe fatigue and "brain fog". For two days I spoke like a Dalek (and of course I went around saying "Exterminate! Exterminate!") and I couldn't taste anything for a week. I was actually a bit surprised when I caught Covid (and yes, I did test positive; and no I didn't get the jab) because I seem to be immune to colds and flus (never had either of these things in my life), and I had assumed that I had some kind of genetic immunity to coronavirus infections (which most colds are). Oh, and PS, I'm *old* and in a high risk category, apparently. PPS - I took no medication of any kind, not even an aspirin. Myself (wife with heart failure) 2 late teen daughters and several friends have had no jabs, no masks and no tests also, covid not be an issue, all our family and friends who have had jabs seem to have had covid 3 or 4 times plus many other infections. I bet if we had these strange mRNA jabs we would suddenly become as vulnerable as the people who have taken part in this multi billion pound money making experiment...

Not only does it seem worse but it takes forever to get all the side effects out. Each cell has to be eradicated before they stop making spikes otherwise it just goes on and on. Thankfully, some extended fasting can greatly speed up this process and also eat up the spikes through phagocytosis. Some of the many benefits of doing occasional extended fasting: Blood clotting is reduced and blood clots and arterial plaque are reabsorbed into the body. Blood pressure is quickly and dramatically lowered. Fribrosis/scarring is reversed over time and telomeres are lengthened, which also helps with lung fibrosis. Fasting increases nitric oxide. Fasts from 36-96 h actually INCREASE metabolic rate due to norepinephrine release! After 72 hours or more fasted, your body recycles as much as 1/3 of all immune bodies and creates new ones, rejuvenating your entire immune system. Vitamin D plasma levels are increased, and vitamin D in turn increases autophagy. Fasting increases anti-aging Yamanaka factors! Fasting can help with MS, Depression, BPD, Autism and seizures. Thymus is regenerated, which suppresses aging and renews the immune system. Weight loss from fasting only loses10% lean tissue and 90% fat compared to the typical 25% lean tissue and 75% fat lost when calorically restricting for long periods. The hunger hormone ghrelin lowers with extended fasting and rises from dieting. Blood sugar and insulin are lowered, allowing white blood cells to move more freely throughout the body and do their job. Ideal blood sugar is around 80. Some viruses activate glycolosis (the release of sugar in the body) and clinically it has been shown that decreasing glucose metabolism in the body weakens the influenza virus. When you move out of MTOR your body shuts down the building blocks of the cell which are used to produce organelles and proteins. This means the mechanisms needed by viruses to replicate are by and large unavailable when you are in a deeply fasted state. What breaks a fast? Anything with protein or carbohydrates in it will break a fast, though if the amount is tiny you will go back into ketosis very quickly. Most teas and herbs are OK. Most supplements and meds will either break ketosis directly or contain a filler that will. Many medications are dangerous to take while fasting so you may have to talk to your dr. about discontinuing them during a fast. Fasts of several days will not affect short term female fertility and may increase long term fertility, especially in women with PCOS. Does fasting lower testosterone? No, it raises it when the fast is broken by increasing lutenizing hormone and helps build muscle by increasing insulin sensitivity! The hormone Leptin is an immunomodulator that keeps the body from attacking itself and obesity causes leptin resistance. Fasting very quickly reduces leptin resistance and leptin levels and one day of fasting can cut your leptin levels in half and gets your immune system working properly again! Does the body preferentially prefer glucose as a fuel? No, your body always runs mainly on fat except for brief periods of very intense exercise. Your brain also prefers to burn ketones at a rate of around 2.5 to 1 when they are available in equal quantity to glucose. Fasting stimulates the AMPK complex and activates autophagy. Autophagy (literally self eating) will cause cells to recycle foreign matter such as viruses and kill cancerous and senescent cells. AMPK does many helpful things in the body including activating the body's antioxidant defenses. Deep ketosis virtually eliminates chronic inflammation in the body. This can offset the life threatening symptoms of viral pneumonia which effectively kills you through inflammation. This also creates BHB ketones in your body, which also help your immune system and anti-oxidative system, especially in the brain. Ketones also provide an additional energy source during infection, which is critical when trying to fight off a bug. In fact you can have as much as three times the total energy available in your blood when you are in deep ketosis, or even more. It increases mitochondrial function and repairs mitichondrial DNA, leading to improved ATP production and oxygen efficiency and thereby making cells better able to fight off infection. Increased mitochondrial function also has the added benefit of increasing your metabolism and cancer prevention! When you fast, this stimulates apoptosis in senescent or genetically damaged cells. This kills these cells off completely. Senescent cells are responsible for the effects of aging and are the root cause of the development of cancer. If it were possible to destroy them all it would completely stop aging and cancer. That is not possible but fasting can help limit these effects by killing off many of the affected cells and limiting the future effects of aging. Fasting also releases BDNF and NGF in the blood which stimulates new nerve and brain cell growth In fact, the biochemical regulator of BDNF production is beta-hydroxybutyrate, which is the same ketone the body produces to nourish the brain while fasting. Fasting also increases telomere length, negating some of the effects of aging at a cellular level. A fasting mimicking diet for 3-5 days in a row also provides many of the same benefits as water fasting. FMD usually has 200-800 calories, under 18 g of protein and under 18 g of carb. Exogenous ketones can aid with fasting, making it easier in healthy people and allowing some people with specific issues to fast in spite of them without worrying as much about hypoglycemia. Children, pregnant or nursing women should not fast for periods longer than 16 hours. People with pancreatic tumors or certain forms of hypoglycemia generally cannot fast at all. Type 1 diabetics can also fast but it is more complicated and should be approached with caution as it could lead to ketoacidosis. Those with Addison's disease may also be unable to fast without liberal use of exogenous ketones, depending on severity. If you experience extreme symptoms of some kind, especially dizziness then simply break the fast and seek advice. thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are getting closer and closer to the terrible truth that will shock humanity. All I hear around me is stories from people who have had cancer (it's really explosive). But also very many unilateral accidents with fatal outcome, which I think that person had an attack due to the vaccine or what was it, because it is really a lot. Here in the Netherlands, the government still does not want to admit that they were wrong and every doctor who claims otherwise is portrayed as a quack. The drug cartel still has the upper hand in the media about what can and cannot come out. Look at the SOS call from a French doctor, who, like many other aid workers, is not allowed to do anything to help the people they have been removed from their positions because they did not want the vaccine. 5,000 firefighters and other emergency workers have also been fired, while the whole of France is facing a huge shortage. See the violent uprisings there. We don't get to see any of that on our media. I'm glad to be able to follow you in time, but unfortunately many people sleep over and allow themselves to be led by Big Pharma on a leash. And many doctors participate in this charade because they are afraid of losing their jobs.

I think another factor is the overrun A&E departments. My own experience was a long wait in A&E finally collapsing unconscious on the floor after nearly three hours waiting in a crowded waiting room in bad pain. Then I was scanned but my scan was misdiagnosed by two people and I was sent home still in terrible pain. Lucky for me another specialist later checked my scan and rang me to get straight back to hospital, my small intestines had twisted and coalesced completely blocking. This was a life threatening situation and could have been fatal. Just too many people for NHS to cope with safely. People are dying of heart attacks while waiting in ambulances outside hospital A&E departments.

The fact that this is ignored does rather provide the answer. I would prefer the question to include all those seriously injured as well, because they too will form that excess death statistic in due course. You are a brave man - most of the people I know who have suffered bereavement or watched loved ones experience truly awful disabilities simply will not connect the death or injury with any medical procedure because they cannot - even with the deaths of their children, because a teenager or young adult is still just that - your child. It takes real courage to face that if one has supported the ''thing'', possibly even encouraged those deceased or hurt to take it. Most people seem, at present, unable to. So, yes, you are, I think, a brave man. And an honest one. Thank you for showing others the path.

@fionnaheller1873

@@bluesmama3726 To be fair, when someone tells you their 21 year old daughter died suddenly, or that their 17 year old son died in his sleep or that their wife has been paralysed by a condition no doctor can identify, it would be inhuman to then interrogate them as to their views on whether a vaccine was the cause, but from observation of those and others - too many this last year - I personally feel that there is an element of them being unable to speak the words, either because the enormity is too great or because to declare that, even as a possibility, would render previously very strongly held positions as being wrong - and that introduces fault and guilt, rarely any sense of responsibility. I am only guessing though since the subject is impossible to raise. You are quite right - it is more usual to demand every possible answer in these circumstances. These are not ''conventional'' bereavements at all, I feel, being already tainted by what amounts to, with some, a religious viewpoint. It is too emotionally charged, isn't it? But the disservice done to others by not at least raising the possibility and reporting these events on our [UK] yellow card seems to me to be a little lacking in compassion too. As people like Doctor Campbell allude to their own personal experiences - and that must be dreadful since he advocated vaccination - the hope is that gives others the courage to ask the questions because if this isn't caused by the obvious culprit, it is in everyone's interest to determine where exactly the problem lies. It is indeed tragic. I don't even know that many people, but even so the stories have piled up and with each one, putting myself in those shoes, I just can't bear it. Not at all.

Are you out of your mind? That's also partly gibberish (He is using his Dr. title to suggest he has the medical authority of a qualified doctor of medicine). An *MD* is a Doctor of Medicine, whilst a PhD is a Doctor of *Philosophy*!!! An MD programme focuses on the application of medicine to diagnose and treat patients etc. A PhD program research focuses on research *(in any field)* to expand knowledge. His PhD is apparently in "nursing". He has a dedicated video that denies the effects of masks (ffs!!!). The UK has one of the VERY HIGHEST death rates of covid19 and can be directly attributed to the lack of masks available and the amount of mask deniers who refused to wear them *causing others to die* as a result of them asymtomatically infecting other vulnerable people!!!!

Thanks Dr Campbell!🙏 The excess death numbers will appear much lower when compared to the average of the past 5 years because they include the inflated cov death of 2020 plus 2021 and 22 that were way above average since the month the vax started being given and has never gone near or below the average since then! It's the 5 or 10 years average from Before 2019 that should be used to compare the actual excess death! Furthermore, you will never see an episode of more than 3 months of excess death since this chart started, ever! And all episode can be explained. So, good year or bad year, people don't die more of all the possible causes without a reason, something new that has never been given in human history since we've never seen such an uptake for so many months! There's only one new thing that has been introduced, easy to guess what it is! And nobody could pretend knowing all the effects it could have on each unique system in short or long term because it has never been given to any human on the planet! These excess deaths can only be attributed to 1 new factor common for all countries. And it's NOT climate change! Thanks, truth wins!

When will police start doing their jobs ? Corruption and crimes against humanity is pretty much what we the people pay them to do? Or am I missing something?

Started a new job back in 1989. That Christmas I had a severe cold, lost my sense of taste and smell for about a month. Really not that unusual. What is unusual is the current excess deaths and the reluctance to compare the excess death rate between the ones who accepted the medical intervention and those who didn't. I have to make a point here that back in 2020 my late wife worked in care and she witnessed many doctors giving the virus as the cause of death when there was no evidence whatsoever. Friends working in NHS hospitals confirmed this as common practice

I think someone who won't admit by now that the death numbers are severely inflated is either completely deluded (read: brainwashed, and has spent very little time away from their sofa in the past year) or just lying to themselves. Most people are lying to themselves. Or simply lying to everyone else as they are too afraid to be honest.

What’s scary is how most people also refuse to look at data on how risky Covid infection still is, increasing risks even a year out from infection, amd how it likely weakens immune system. We are still gambling with this thing, but no one wants to face that.

My daughter works in a hospital and told me about a patient come in after a heart attack. He was tested several times and negative. Unfortunately he died two days later and the coroner decided to do an autopsy even though it was a confirmed heart attack? The DC was written up as covid plus HA... it seems that they were attaching covid to as many deaths as they could. Maybe he did find evidence of something but all four of this patient's test results were negative.

They are quietly going back & fixing those errant death certificates. Double indemnity kicks in for accidents but not covid.
