Only the greatest djembe performance and sound in history. I nominate him for Nobel Prize, outstanding percussion category. Trust me, I know djembe purists will object bc not a goatskin. But, come on... Did you hear that audio ? Please.

skins break the quality of a drum comes from the density of the wood. many ghanian drums are made from mango wood which is good for begginers but you eventually want some thing with dense heavy wood, a big bowl and a large flared out base to amplify the sound, I have a senegalese drum and one from ivory coast they are monsters. and they usually drown out other drums at drum cirlces. a good cowskin on a good drum makes all the difference. either way there is no replacement for time and skill

Why cow skin? I thought Djembe drums used goat,and the djundjun was made with Cow skin?
