Michael is really using the '80s PKA style that Superfoot Wallace used an explained in his book.

Many haters claim his videos weren't sparring, I agree, but do y'all notice he is always teaching those pros new things and always exposing their weak points and mistakes plus demonstrating how he would have finished them if it were a real fight?

" plus demonstrating how he would have finished them if it were a real fight?" if it was a real fight MJW wouldn last 30 sec

Anyone who thinks Michael J. White couldn't have legitimately competed in MMA in his prime, is crazy
@vic98446 ай бұрын
Of course he could’ve with the proper training. He got a lot of striking skills already but MMA is a different animal and he would have to prepare in his areas of weakness. And he would have to show that he’s able to take the incoming punishment as well. All those flashy moves wouldn’t be able to get off in most fights

would’ve been sick if MJW fought in the ufc

It drives me mad when Michael says he was "sparring " with guys like Jon Jones, or Donald Cerrone. They are playing with him, being nice and respectful. I always find that shit insulting, he makes it out like he is on their level.

Majority of people dont have a clue about what fighting really is and how it works..Michael Jay White has great teqnique for sure, he used to do full contact karate they say, I dont doubt it..But know to my point, he can look very good kicking like this, but it as long as he dont sparr on a regular basis he well get his as kicked...Only threw sparring you will learn to handle preasure...MJW spends most of his time in the gym for visual muscle..If he thinks he will stand a chance against a pro fighter he is deluded...

Cerrone would kick the living crap out of him. It's pretty, but there's a difference between a fighter and a ballet dancer.
