One day when Cowboy was asked if he watched tapes of other fighters leading up to his battles with them, he said no. That got my respect. Dude just battles. Whatever they have, just bring it. Legend!

Well, he was on his way to losing that anyway. Tony was piecing him the f*ck up. Was sick while it lasted tho...

awesome story and video concept, but would be better if the music was quieter, right now it's competing with cowboy's voice

This was great stuff! Recommend turning the music down a bit next time - hard to concentrate on the words being spoken … 👍🏻

Sir how do you deal with pain, when it happens and afterwards, can you make a detailed video, how much is physical and mental, since combat sports have most experience in that unfortunately, common people like us can may learn, how to deal with it. By the way Thanks, Looking forward to seeing you in movies too, you got the personality for it.

I hate to bring this up, but I'd love to hear his thoughts before and after his Nate Diaz fight. What caused the animosity, what was the turning point, and how does he feel about Nate now?

Nah bro Tony ferguson was a different monster back then. They should have never let him fight justin on the back of two weight cuts.

Pereira weighed in at 232 before he fought Hill. So he put on like 27lbs, maybe its like a percentage of your body weight?

I did the same thing when I got my nose broken the first time. All the blood pooling up makes you want to blow it. It sucks so bad. I been training MMA since 96 so I have had my nose broken a few more times but I never ever ever blow it right after.
@ztkrx3 ай бұрын
l’ll never understand how a dude can keep going after having his nose broken, l had mine broken and just barely touching it was the most painful thing. maybe during the fight you’re fine (l wouldn’t know) but the next day, even the brush of a bed sheet would buckle me in pain.

Do they still do the weight thing or did they up the weight you can gain before the fight? I only ask cause Alex Periera always weights 25+lbs when he fights. He fought Izzy at 185 but weighed 211 on fight day. Then when he just fought Hill at 300 it was at 205 but he weighed 232.
