These beautiful versions I feel are better than the album. I will have to buy the Barn Demos to get it. One of the greatest days of my life was when I saw you on stage in Sheffield UK 20 + years ago. You walked on stage and annouced that the accoustics in the room was so good that you had decided to do an all acoustice set. We were sitting on the front row. Heaven. I will have the signed set list from that day. Thank you for 30 plus years of beautiful music.

This is simply one of the best performances ever. Beautiful. I'm sitting out here on a hilltop at the edge of the world and playing harmonica with you.

I personally prefer this version of Shadows 2 as opposed to the album version. Michael's guitar mastery coupled with Margo's powerful and emotional singing in this more intimate venue makes this song even more meaningful in so many ways.

I'm relatively new to Cowboy Junkies, probably two years. I have go so far as to buying an album and have probably seen all that is screened on KZbin. I don't think I have seen one song performed that wasn't brilliant. Everything is just enough and beautiful at the same time.

@stevelawrie9115 If you haven't seen the Cowboy Junkies Austin City Limits show of August 1990, it's a must see IF you can find it. Some of the pieces of that performance can be found on KZbin. They only performed six songs, and if you can't find that show from 34 years ago, you*might* be able to purchase a DVD of it on Amazon, maybe, perhaps? The 1990 ACL show hypnotized me when I saw it on a hot summer August night.
