I was at Ghost Lake and stayed at Cochrane end of Aug 2022. Getting there again in 2 days! Might do the northern part of Cowboy Trail.

Northern part would be interesting as well. The landscape might be different as it is further away from the Rockies. I'm guessing it would be more of a prairie landscape than foothills but will be interesting.
