Sometimes the music or wind blowing is speaker-blowing loud but it seems really hard for most channels to get good audio. I've seen videos from some of the 'biggest' channels with what must be large budgets and audio equipment and even they have bad mixing. But I love her sense of direction and camerawork. Their videos from the last year in particular look AMAZING!! i have complimented Shan several times if you happen to watch and see my comments

My Aunt who passed away last week, she would marinate chicken in Italian Dressing always came out good. LOL I use my Cast Iron Skillet to tenderize chicken breast in a plastic bag of course.
