That's one well oiled team! It's impressive the speed that these pre fab wooden house go up in. Cheers house builder Dan 😉☺☺

That's the way to put up a house mine took a year to complete 👍

That's not taken long anyway, it will help that it's pre-made. Our neighbour is rebuilding an old house and he's not even half way through and it's been 2 and a half years. The new kitchen isn't even yet. He is a useless sod to be bluntly honest. Great video Dan keep up the good work.

Why the big gaps in the osb floor? Just to space them out or for getting services in?
@bigfatpigeon58804 жыл бұрын
For the stud walls I think......
@CowfarmerDan4 жыл бұрын
I cant remember the exact reason now, might have been something to do with slight movement and squeaking of floorboards. The floorboards are at right angles to the slots, and glued and screwed down.

CowfarmerDan ok thanks. A mate’s thinking of having it done. I’m in the trade but not seen these built in person.

Hey Dan, impressive stuff. I've been looking at the Tyne from Scottframe myself. Just wondered, did you source the installers from scottframe or better still, who were they?
@CowfarmerDan4 жыл бұрын
They were reccomend by Scotframe, Beechrow homes I think they were called, based in Glasgow but travel all over the UK.

Did Scotframe build it for you?
