Tip for bolusing. Write the cows tag number on the bolus with a permanent marker and leave them in a clean concrete yard for an hour after doing it, you’ll know which one coughed it up if any are on the ground.

Brilliant video Guys 👍 👋 Emily, I'm sure I saw a vet program, and he put his arm on top of the🐮 head, inserted his fingers up each nostril and pulled up and back , and the cow opened it's mouth making it easier for the medicine to be swirked in, mind you he had gloves 🧤 on 😂 Have a wonderful weekend Guys ❤

Jeez Louise your Texel lambs look very muscular and strong they're growing like mushrooms! One time I was seeing was the wire on and it wasn't and then I didn't know where my cousin was and I thought it definetly wasn't on and sure wasn't he turning on the wire looking at the cameras on the TV and then I kept my, hand on and of and I kept my hand on and he turned on the shock 😂I hadn't a clue what was going on and I went inside telling the story and he admitted it was him😂😂❤

I have used the original click for many years and while it’s great stuff the effect was shortening as resistance increased with use. I found it started to cutout up to 4-6 weeks earlier on the back end. Mind you that is in Australia where the fly season is quite long some years.

Another NZ farming product - us Kiwi's do great farming tools - Te Pari and now Gallagher (they started in 1938 or the original electric fence company) - when I was young my father and Uncle had a group of male guests to tour the farm from overseas - my father came home to tell the story but he was laughing so much he could not get the story out - the guys decided they needed a pee so lined up on the fence line as you do and unknown to them it was a electric fence for the bull paddock so you can imagine what happened and the dancing that came sortly after

Collin’s laughing now because your father likes to lighten the grumpy son’s mood. My parents here in the US had phones but didn’t know how to use them. My father thought the house phone (which was cordless) worked out in the unattached garage! My sisters told him countless times why he had that phone out in the garage! His reply was I thought this was cordless. There were 8 adult kids that never lived in the house now so you can imagine what a laugh we had when we were told about what he did. 🤗😳Seriously if a person doesn’t get to laugh what fun is it to go to work, interact with his wife (girlfriend)or his children, how would anyones daily life be. PRETTY DAMM SCARY ! RIGHT!!?! ❤😟 😊 Great video! 😂

I found the lazy ewes who peed on their wool were most inclined towards maggot infestation. Does the later shearing mean you have a bit more space in the shed at lambing otherwise taken up by heavy coats? I would have thought on your remote farm, there would be nobody to offend if you went commando on a hot sunny day.
