The song is "On Ilkla Moor Baht 'at". It's an old Yorkshire folk song where a woman is telling her lover he'll die of cold if he goes out on Ilkley Moor (Ilkla Moor) without his hat (Baht 'at). I'm from Yorkshire and we had to sing it at school when I was growing up.
