Wanderer Eris Chrono Trigger came out in the UK around 2000, give or take a couple years. It was part of the Final Fantasy Chronicles release along with FFIV.

+Iain Shanks According to wikipedia it only came out in North America... I've only ever found American versions available myself... Are you sure your PS1 couldn't play other region stuff? Especially if you didn't get it new... I got a PS1 secondhand, kinda by accident... I later found it could play other region games... Also kinda by accident... If you had it chipped for pirate games, or whatever, that might be the same thing... I dunno... Or maybe there was something odd about that copy... I dunno... But yeah, I've never seen a PAL version online anywhere that I've looked... And I've never seen any mention of it being released outside North America either.
