Coyote Powered F100 Farm Truck - "Pops Truck"

This is one for the Purists who love "within the brand" swaps and ideas. Matt Morgan of Morgans Auto Trim grew up around this Ford F100 truck. It was used on the farm and was a work truck like all trucks start out as. After inheriting it he started to modify it and enjoy it keeping the memories alive in the old F100 short bed pickup. But as time went on he decided to change it into something that was more streetable and modern because driving it brings back memories of his childhood.
Swapping in a supercharged Coyote was on the list because Matt wanted something that would be serviceable and you could buy parts for it at a local parts store.
This F100 fits the bill of a purist build in keeping the interior classic and the attention to detail in trying to make most everything look factory.

We'll have to get to doing a Part II to this as Matt has really changed it up for a final time with a Godzilla motor and some other details. This setup in this video suited the truck well for the street but may have needed some things to accommodate its farm truck needs. To be continued....

I kinda like Revision 3 over Revision 4 but 4 does sound badass and probably more useful with the ride height. Pops would be proud I'm sure.

Pretty cool. Me and a couple of friends are taking some mid-70's dent side F100's and putting 7.3's in them.

That’s what Matt originally wanted to do but when he was looking at this 4 or so years ago there wasn’t anything out there supporting it so he went the coyote route. Stay tuned, I’ll be getting with him for details on the 7.3 that’s now in it. It’s perfect for what he uses the truck for.
