Appreciate this video. Lot of companies are selling thousand and thousands of dollar kits. this makes more sense. I think all in its about 900 with the pump. way more affordable

I managed to cobble together my own kit for less than $100. Got a C5 Corvette fuel filter, 10FT of 5/16 PTFE fuel line, a 5/16 right angle fitting for the bulkhead, and factory style quick connect fittings to connect the return line (for my 05 Mustang coyote swap) Everything should snap right together and look factory. Now I'll just need to upgrade the fuel pump, so it will be less than $300 total for the whole fuel system.

Yes they do. I tried that one before and had 2 of them leak. That’s why I didn’t recommend it. I usually go with the Wix brand. It is a bit more expensive, but I’ve never had one fail. Let me know how that Summit one ends up working out for you though. Often times the Wix is on back order so it’s good to know if there is another decent option !

Quantum sells 2 versions of the sending unit for the fox. One has 6an for both feed and return and the other is 8an feed with 6an return with a 340 pump. I plan to use the C5 filter as in this video. In your opinion which version of the sending unit should I get ? 8/6 or 6/6. I plan to keep it NA for long time. 500hp is enough for me. This c5 filter has a 6an feed to the motor, I don’t see how a 8an on the sending unit will make any difference. E85 is a plus as well since I can get it locally. TIA

500 hp naturally aspirated is going to be extremely difficult/expensive (I would even say impossible) to achieve with a Coyote. Good friend of mine set the record (at the time, I’m sure it has been broken now) for the fastest NA Coyote. Even that car didn’t make close to 500. Don’t get too caught up on horsepower numbers. High horsepower doesn’t always translate to the street. And to answer your question, I would go with the 6/6. There really is no reason to run anything bigger than that. I’ve cars make over 700 hp with that same sending unit. Just like on my video. You can piece everything together. There’s no reason to buy a kit and have to make your lines. You can also run E85 with that set up IF Your fuel pump supports it. According to Ford Racing Control Pack- 155lph is required for the swap. If Not running E85, or you don’t plan on changing the set up, I always run Walbro 255lph.

What brand fuel filter are you using? I popped one in but it leaks through the distribution side. Also do you have a part # EFi push in fitting. Is there a clip that keeps the black fitting in place? Thanks
