This house is beyond anything I could have imagined. It is stunning. The design, the open layout that still manages to have a separation of each room, the gorgeous bamboo-looking wood floor, the beautiful thick beams of dark wood on the ceiling, all the bathrooms, the kitchen, the balcony off of the upstairs bedroom, it's all so amazing. It looks like the home of a celebrity!

Yeah I would hate to be the one who has to try and fix those sky lights when water gets in and installing or fixing solar panels - But it is absolutely stunning very beautiful design

I absolutely love this home. I have seen so many house plans that yes, I adore. Yet, I always come back to this one. As soon as I aquire my land, I will be in touch for the house plan. The only things I will be changing is 1) the bookcase in living room will actually be a secret entrance to a guest bathroom. And I'm giving the home a Mediterranean design. With personal touches. Thank you so much for bringing your vision forward for others to enjoy and build. Sat Nam

Living room is stunning. Love the storage under the stairs. I like the different tiles in the backsplash, the rug under the table almost matches them. Wood ceilings are a nice touch. Beautiful design, but in winter weather it would be so hard to keep warm with those high ceilings and open loft areas.

Beautiful!!! I absolutely love this design!❤❤❤. Just 2 minor changes for me: take the range off the peninsula/island ( just not a fan of ranges on peninsula/island) & put a stacking/folding door in loft bedroom (right behind ladder); So if you want privacy you can close the door and stack/open it when you don't. The ladder leading to the top loft can be tilted out a bit to accommodate the the added door; so you can still climb up the ladder to the sitting area.

This is a house with a "Wow factor". It's very impressive on the outside as well as when you enter the living space. Multiple entrance doors are confusing. Perhaps if you move the bench closer to the entrance, people can remove footwear, and I presume that the sliders next to the stairs conceal a closet for coats. A rear exit might be required for safety. The mezzanine bedroom is trendy but not at all private. Overlooking the living area may look nice but is not conducive to sleeping. The upper loft may appeal to the young and agile. It's a striking place that could be a second home that may impress visitors. I couldn't afford the heating bill.

Nice layout and would be a great ski chalet design. But with that in mind, I would suggest 2 alterations. Find space for a laundry room sink and create front door coat and boot storage. 3 doors from the front deck is overkill. Change the door over the dog dish(dining area) to a window and do some built-ins around it for coats and boots. Not ideal in a dining room, but cladding it like the wall finish would disguise it some. Should there be a back of the house or upper deck exit for safety?

To all of those who are "screaming" about the heating bills. this is a house that can really use to good advantage radiant in-floor heating. As long as the air near the floor is warm, you don't have to heat the whole volume.

Two changes. You’ve got the space, make stairs to the loft - that ladder is an accident waiting to happen. Also flip the downstairs bath and laundry to have the washer/dryer vent to an exterior wall. Not a fan of an interior room laundry. Hope all those windows are triple paned, otherwise heating and cooling bill will be outrageous. Might consider a gas fireplace upstairs also.

The lack of privacy for the owners bedroom is concerning. I would add a heavy curtain at least. And instead of a ladder to the loft I would so a spiral staircase that makes it more accessable. But otherwise a very nice house.😊

I never see a utility room on the videos... How are these houses heated and cooled, and where is the water heater for hot bathing and the dishwasher?

It does not work for rme, having an entertainment room above the bed. Couple of things on why. #1 crawling up a ladder is not a good idea. 2. If someone is trying to sleep and there is another up in the media room watching TV or whatever. Nope not for me.
