Thank you for this beautiful relaxing video Bekah, it is just what I needed with my busy week. Holy Smoked, a mountain lion!.....here on our small Island we have no large game, and that includes large cats.......lots of foxes, ducks, geese, partridge, grouse, pheasants, and unfortunately coyote's, but they are in the deep woods, and I have never seen one. Hi Beckah, it was lovely to see your fall preparations. My son has been camping in the living room. Our nights are going down to 8 C already. A few nights ago I had to scare off a black bear on our street while walking home from a friend's house. You just have to be aware of your surroundings in areas of wild animals. I am pretty far North so this is seasonal for us. Thanks for the updates too.

I remember watching my first video of yours, it was to do with Hygge and I remember thinking, "Oh my I feel so cosy and how wonderful" your music choices (which I now have a KZbin play list for doing my own home chores to) to the way you film is beautifully made, which I know takes such a long time to shoot, edit etc! Some years ago while living in AZ, our neighborhood acquired its own young mountain lion. When she came to town the coyotes left quickly. Our neighbor hood was surrounded by desert. Peaceful and beautiful, the desert is abundant with wildlife. All to often the mtn. Lions and coyotes will come into neighborhoods looking for easy prey, domestic dogs and cats. We had neighbors lose a few cats. This mountain lion would not only jump our wall separating the desert from our yard but then jump down onto the garbage cans and then into the yard to stalk our bunny rabbit inside her hutch. Our bunny was always safe but…it was a worry. It could be your barn kittys he is after. Theirs no easy solution when it comes to wildlife.

I live in Idaho, and a mountain lion will attack usually from the back. Not if your facing them. Your little ones will be easy for him or her to attack because they are small children and it’s not a challenge to them. Be very careful Becca, they are a cat that will attack and attack quick!

People here that hike the mountain trails will also where a mask that looks like a human face on the back of their heads, because they lost say a mountain lion won’t attack if they are being watched by a human. I don’t know about this one, but people do it all the time here

I've lived in Iowa my whole life and I've never seen a mountain lion except in a zoo. I've lived on the edge of a small town for twenty-six years, farm fields backing up to the next street over, and I see lots of wildlife, but never a lion. I think I'd like to see one in the wild, though.

I can almost smell those roasted tomatoes. Mountain Lion! Be careful. We had them where we used to live. I have heard one growl when I threw some food over the fence. I had the feeling of being watched several times when I was outside and we saw their prints in our garden. Be careful. Across the road from us, one had pulled a deer way up into a tree.
