we still have to build two apartments (lux and lower end), and a few bungalows! then we will build all the community lots we need for active careers, restaurants, all that good stuff! this is gonna be tewwww good 🤭

You could use the lot adjuster to stick make them right next to each other like row houses!

The drive way is sideways because you deleted the default sidewalk : ) for some reason the game just bugs out when you do that and won't let the driveways place properly

Ohhhh you know I want one so bad! So that I can happily play sims in bed away from my gaming set up! But I wonder what the controls are like, like how do you drag the walls or pick up objects? Is it seamless or awkward? You’ll have to report back and let me knowwwww

@@simulationprincess I use a steam deck and I can report back, it took like a two weeks to master the controls but once I did it wasn't too difficult. it can take a while to wrap your head around mapping keyboard shortcuts to buttons but building works well enough after you do!

This is wonderful, so pretty. I absolutely love the fake car and fake road trick. Never thought of using a pink sky box. I'm stealing everything. 😊 Chris Hatch @ Mod the Sims has a functional subway system and working buses. (Glass bus stops like ATS and a smaller bus signs on a stick.) They are placeable on residential and community lots, and non-playable sims will also use them alongside your playables. If you ever wish for that wall to wall Brownstone look. Mootilda's Lot Adjuster @ Mod The SIms will cram them close together. I think Tea Addict on KZbin has a good tutorial. Thanks again for everything ❤

Ooo I’m gonna have to look into Chris hatches buses! I was just thinking about using Mootildas Lot Adjuster for the brownstone apartments that are coming up next! Thanks for the reminder 🤍 I’m so excited to start furnishing the homes once I get a good sense of who the sims of the town will be. So excited! And haha steal all the ideas - I love it 😂
