Ooooo I didn’t know it came in chunky form!! I didn’t see it at my Hobby Lobby, but I will have to to my eyes open when I go back! I’ve been using the chunkier/chenille yarn a lot more recently 😊

I like both of those Hobby Lobby yarns! I’m still learning but I’ve found that those work up well. You did an amazing job! I also learned how to crochet by watching KZbin tutorials. I started in June and have been obsessed ever since!

Awesome job! I’ve been desperately trying to find a good first tutorial to learn how to crochet, and it’s been so difficult trying to find a good place to start where it’s clear where to place my hook. I’ve not gotten past the initial chain 😂. Any recommendations? I don’t know if I’m struggling because I’m coming from a knitting background, but I’m really eager and really want to learn. Love your channel btw ❤

I started by searching each different stitch (single, double, half double, and triple and finding a tutorial that really explained things and had up close shots! It’s really hard in the beginning and I thought I’d never figure it out! I do think the biggest thing holding me back was thinking I had to have all of the stitches mastered before I could make something. I really have learned a lot by just making things! That pumpkin coaster that I did is a good way to practice a lot of different stitches! You will definitely get it! Don’t give up 😊♥️
