I really felt your talk about the self-pressure to be productive all the time. I never really sit down and just relax. I always have to be getting something "done" or have completely exhausted myself to be deserving of that time (what a great way to put it Megan!). Even if I'm just watching a movie, my mindset frames it as a task I needed to get done; that it's only okay to do that thing because it's "productive". I'm in the process of working out of that. It was nice to hear you talk about that. The way you put it described that mindset really well.

I have a similar weird sleep thing. My body has to be oriented in the same direction, or I really struggle to sleep. If my head isn’t facing east, it takes me longer to fall asleep and takes me days to get used to the new orientation. When I spent 50 days in the hospital earlier this year, my bed was oriented north to south, and I had so much trouble sleeping (even when they had me heavily sedated).
