EASY MEATBALL RECIPE ★
- preheat oven to 400 F
- in a large mixing bowl combine 1lb of ground beef, 1 egg, 1/2 cup of panko, 1/2 of a medium to small size onion, seasonings, salt, 1 table spoon of miso, and some parmesan if you have some
- mix well, I like to use my hands but if you're grossed out by that you can use a mixing spoon, be careful not to overmix
- make your meat mixture into round balls and place onto a baking sheet
- bake for roughly 20 mins, I like to pull it out and check them around the 15 minute mark
- done!! i like to top mine with some green onions and eat with white rice + green beans :D

I am happy for you, thank you for sharing and being vulnerable, I really enjoyed your art today! (always do) I can absolutely relate to the not living life as much due to transportation barriers, I have chronic illnesses and physically cannot drive, AZ is VERRRRYY spread out too, my husband is my transportation, but i hope to try to do some bus rides once in a while, I live in a place that has a stop 2 miles away and is far from everywhere else, so it would be an all day thing 😅 But I do miss the bus sometimes from when I used to take it everywhere where I lived. I would love to live somewhere more walkable!

Totally feel when you were talking about taking yourself less seriously, it's a weird thing when art becomes your livelihood. There's so much pressure to create and in turn support yourself. I'm a photographer and in the last year I've started to make more time for creative pursuits outside of photography like painting and I've felt so much lighter
