The city is impressive. No doubt about that. However, some SERIOUS liberties are taken when it comes to trams on the hills. Looks too steep. But still a great job!

go with the IRL tactic and put expensive tollbooths everywhere and make parking more expensive then the plebs salary and then raise taxes to subsidize public transport this way you will force all the people into compliance just like they do it in real life

I really think the next step for this city, considering modern trends and the success of your mass transit, would be the removal of the urban highways and redevelopment of the land. The amount of traffic you have left on the highways really doesn't justify their existence over surface streets.

There's no bike roads in CS2 (yet) you might have to wait for a DLC for that one
