The bleak midwinter. The bleak mid-January. I've still got some wine leftover from New Year's Eve and it feels like one of those nights where I'm gonna need a bottle. Or two. Or three? I pour up a glass. Its red, so I don't want it too cold. Especially with this January rain. I need something warm to fight the January blahs. I think to myself "When's the next holiday? When's the next big event?" I'm addicted. To the good times.

That entire era, although romanticised, feels like a part of me lived and loved back then, and Im now trying to find the one I onced lived and loved beside. I met a boy, and the thought of seeing him recently again after so many years made my heart flutter and my mind reel. Who knows what will happen though. Nostalgia is powerful.

I really do wish the ads wouldn’t be popping up after nearly every song. Great work and channel with excellent song choices but the ads are really getting annoying and downright ridiculous.

I gotta know, where did you get digitized versions of these songs? I've looked all over the internet and aside from physical records your videos are the only places I've been able to find some of these songs. And as a follow-up, could you upload the original songs, perhaps on an alt account if you feel they'd clog up this channel, so that they can be preserved? A couple of examples are the "Hello There" song in this list at 11:52 and "Til all the stars fall in the ocean" by Arthur Prysock" in one of your other mixes.
