As far as the Xmas tree situation, this is the last Xmas I'm spending in my house as I am selling it next year to go full nomad with an office/storage. I decided against doing the real tree. I actually don't drive so in 2022 I got a 6' tree delivered at home, it was great but big and what a mess to clean up. The city picks them up on Jan 7 and i wanted to keep it longer so couldn't get rid of it, it stayed there until JULY (yes!) and in the end it was ORANGE. Taking it out was WAR lol i jad to chop it up in pieces to get out the door and of course I filmed it😅 What I do is in 2021 I found a real but cut tree on a stomp at Canadian Tire. Decent size but able to bring it home on a bus but still a real tree minus the needles mess. For the scent, candles can do the job😊

This is so funny because I literally watched this at Delany's coffee shop in Vancouver BC where I bring my own SOUR CREAM because at some point they stopped offering some with their wraps because it's too expensive... so I started bringing my own lol. Simon and you are perfect 🎉

Not sure if it's needed anymore but here are my nyc recommendations (as someone who lived there for two years): -Levain on the UWS: Walking distance from Central Park -Brooklyn Bagel in Chelsea -Best Bagel in midtown -Maman on the LES (aesthetic coffee) -Brooklyn Heights area (specifically near the water) -Woorijip in midtown (kbbq to go)/K Town -NYPL/the shops in Bryant Park

@ Np! Check out the LaColombe cafes and the Stumptown cafes if you can. I remember liking the big Stumptown in midtown (attached to a hotel) and the one near the Strand bookstore
