The brain is truly remarkable. During this summer's numerous heatwaves, I have in order to sleep, put a small fan on low and played your videos. Amazingly, I needed to snuggle into a sheet a bit...felt a little chill. There was no change in actual temperature. Yet I felt very comfortable. I find that truly amazing. Thanks so much!

I have to trick myself in order to sleep in the heat too. I've been using vids like this for sleep for a couple years now, and they work particularly well in the summer when it's too hot to be comfortable. I'm a weirdo and NEED to be covered in order to sleep, so tricking my mind into believing I'm cooler than I am to get sleep is essential. I'll just play them on loop so I stay asleep until I've had enough recharging
