This was exactly what I needed today. For whatever reason, I stopped doing yoga for almost a week and my body was aching all over and I felt so stiff. I haven't had the motivation to get on my mat even though I knew it's what my body needed. I saw your video at the perfect time! Thank you for giving us relaxing and effective classes for whenever we need to feel our best.

I wonder if you could make a video for when we're bleeding. While I certainly feel sluggish today, there wasn't enough space in these poses for my tender womb. I stayed in shavasana most of the time, but I'm wondering what other poses might be nurturing when we're bleeding. You rock!
