For a 900 sq ft home, this really makes great use of the spaces! Still needs a 2nd bathroom. Can you make some sort of a pull down stairs with guard rails that can be popped up? A straight ladder like this means you can’t climb up or down with much of anything in your hands.

Oh my goodness, 2 cool❤ tile in bathroom needs to go & there is 2 much furniture

A slight modification of the closet next to the front door would make it suitable for coats. I'm pleased that the woodstove has fireproof tile around it. The kitchen has very little counter space. I suppose the loft would work for children, but that style of ladder doesn't look safe. A two-bedroom house should really have a second toilet. With a few changes, this could be a functional plan.

Change the color of the tiles in the bathroom. NO ladder use stairs. Nice plan though.❤😊🏠❣️👍

This is not a 3 bedroom home. The loft would have been better served as an office, if you could figure out better stair scenario. Otherwise, just use it for storage. Now let's talk about the kitchen: it is not, in any way functional for a family even a single person. You need to reconfigure to have a full-sized stovetop/oven, farmers sink, counter space, and full-sized refrigerator. First bedroom: do you have two different windows types/sizes in there??? It was difficult to discern. But if you do, fix it, it looks weird. Bathroom: I feel it would have stood out better had you taken one of the colors from the shower tile (we'll choose blue for this experiment) and done a subway tile pattern with blue in similar shade of blue in the shower tile. Instead, the way you have it is just too busy and they fight with each other.

Das Häuschen ist nett, aber ich müsste mein eigener Innenarchitekt sein. Ausserdem scheinen hier Kinder (die Zukunft der Menschheit) nicht vorgesehen zu sein. Ein Badezimmer reicht, wenn Mütter wie die Verantwortung für die Familie übernehmen dürfen. Mit NESARA werden alle Menschen genügen versorgt sein. Nicht vergessen, Küchen brauchen Fenster 😊
