I hope you see this! I haven't been able to prostrate for several years because of my knees. I decided to try it again because I really miss it and consequently really injured a knee so that I couldn't walk. After my knee is healed I want to try again. Do you know an exercise that will eventually enable me to prostrate?? I am 75 and have osteoarthritis.
