I’m not Muslim, but I really like your video of truly modest attire. I think it’s disgusting the way some women dress to work out, or even walk the streets. I also looked at other “modest” workout videos and even the women there were in the tightest tops and the tight skirts and exercising in front of all those men(whoever chooses to watch). How modest is that? But you are in truly modest attire, and you have your husband displaying it for you which I think is very nice. Like I said I’m not Muslim, but I really like the video. I also like the way Muslim women dress. They respect God and their husbands and other women’s marriages

i love this workout because I always get dizzy with cardio, especially during Ramadan because of the lack of food and water, so this workout keeps me fresh on my toes and energised, yet doesnt give me nausua for the rest of the day. Just perfect, thanks :)

Assalamu alaikum. I found out i was pregnant with my first daughter on the 12th of Ramadan some years ago, however continued fasting till 25th of Ramadan when I lost appetite. My pregnancy continued till I give birth to a healthy baby girl she's eight years old now. Very healthy lovely and intelligent.MashaaAllah Alhamdulilah. I fasted throughout the month of Ramadan with my second and third pregnancies and nursed too. The babies ar e healthy and even lovelier. Ask Allah for help and pay great attention to your body. Avoid junkie foods or diets

That's why I took a break during Ramadan from my lymphatic cancer drainage workout. Fasting does that for me or us.

working out sucks, only do it to stay in shape. So Ramadan is a blessing for me to relax.

Ahh feww thank goodness I can drink coffee in Ramadan. I thought it was not allowed 😂. Coffee drinker here, but unfortunately my body looks like will never gets used to it. If I drink half cup of coffee makes me go to the bathroom a few times at night. What helps me stay hydrated is a cup of sweet tea, keeps me going all day. I’m 56 years old and have been drinking a cup of sweet tea for Suhur since my childhood while fasting. I normally don’t use sugar normally not even in my coffee.

RAMADAMADINGDONG (aka Ramadan), the Islamic ‘fasting’ month that begins today, where Muslims don’t eat all day, then gorge themselves all night. Must be what makes Muslims so cranky during this holy???? month, leading to more violence and terror attacks than any other time of the year.

Wow. Are you normal. This discussion is about nutrition and pregnancy , or breastfeeding. They clearly have slot of knowledge about health and nutrition. You are those key board worriers looking to judge the Muslims. Problematic human being. I advice you to be fair
