Respected Sir, kindly providing citations on this, as you said in your this lecture that if any "woman comes for divorce and alleges that her husband is gambler, drug addict, and has relationship with other women" You give application of order 6 rule 16,and ask her to remove those defamatory words otherwise you will file a defamation suit. Can a defamation suit be filed on the ground that defendant in written statement or plaintiff in plaint used the defamatory words
