If you brush egg rolls with a little olive oil they should work well in an airfryer

I just made these and initially tried to make them with an air fryer, I thought it was working since the egg roll developed the bubbles but when I ate one the dough was simultaneously underdone and burnt

Hmm since I don't have an air fryer I'm not quite sure, and not sure if it'll taste the same... but based on CPK's recipe, their instruction says to deep fry it..

Quit tip for u when u use the wrap use the powder outside i don’t know if u see one side have a powder

Can't you just put that in the oven like at 350 for 15 minutes and turn it every so often I think that would be much healthier thank you

Yeah I'm sure you can bake or air fry it as well for a healthier option, but if you do that I don't know if the result will taste the same as CPK's version.. Their recipe said to deep fry so that's just what I did and it tasted just like theirs! :)
