California Pizza Kitchen also has these on their menu as an appetizer. I friend and I get them every single time we meet for lunch (2-3x a year). So good. I can’t wait to try your recipe .I have tried other copycat recipes without any luck.

I've been looking for an Eggroll Dipping Sauce recipe that looks like it's worth trying, most are the Sweet and Sour and I Hate that flavor. I made my version of these Eggrolls years ago when I first got my Deep Fryer and we were astonished as to how HOT the Avocado got cooking in the oil, cooked until the Wrapper was Crispy and Golden and drained and cooled for 10 minutes and when you bite in and the Avocado was still 375 degrees...ah yes the memories of all of my Family screaming and spitting out the scalding hot Eggrolls, then complaining and comparing who got burn the worst...I just wish I had video tapped it...It would have gone viral and I'd be a KZbin legend.
