There really is no comparison. Serengeti is the best. I've got 3 pair: Treviso, Velocity and Claudio. Mine are drivers polarized and are used for my time in the car, on the boat and at the beach.

Thank you for your thoughts on these sunglasses. Always great to see a real customer doing the reviews. All the sunglasses look good on you. I gave away my Serengeti awhile back and regretted it. So much so that I went out and just bought a pair of aviator from them today. Unfortunately, Ray Bans are no longer the quality they were for the prices they are charging.

I agree about Ray Bans. Nothing compared with when they were made in the USA. Ihad a photochromatic Aviator Ray Ban bought in the 80's. They were the best ever.

I have bought a Serengeti Modugno 8408 today and am very happy with it. I am a taxi driver so I will enjoy it a lot.

Good Video...I just bought a pair of Serengeti's at Sam's Club. Had to find a club that had more women's styles. Serengeti's being photochromic are very clear and transition better during warm weather. The Ray Ban's do look better on you though...

personally I'm a bit of a Serengeti fan these days glass over polar Max I found Ray Ban lenses not to be that good in the past 10 years or so, i do you fancy trying out some Randolph engineering I'm all about Rose tinted and some Oliver Peoples a pretty nice too

You might try the Serengeti Cascade 6257. These are better for small/medium face and have a nice wrap around for great coverage. I've been wearing this model for about 10 years and they are my all time favorites. All Serengeti sunglasses have top nothc optics. Serengeti is much better of luxottica (Ray Ban) lens. The only near competitor of Serengeti is Maui Jim
