I bought the bundle yesterday coz I loved the Tiger II. In fact, I was thinking couple months back what if WG presented a premium version of the Tiger II tank; they presented not only one but two. The Captured Tiger gun performance is outstanding I believe.

Funny, i like to play the Captured King Tiger. The reload of the gun is really good, only the pen is not that good. I prefer this one.

I got the bundle and I have to say I am really happy with both tanks. I almost think that premium tanks get a buff because I did better with them than my fully upgraded Tiger II. The crews in each were more experienced so perhaps that was all the difference. Getting premium tanks is becoming an addiction in this game.

The Captured King Tiger is really for the people who want a historical King Tiger. I'd get it for that reason if they weren't so damn expensive.

Been grinding the tiger 2 recently and it’s been the least frustrating tank I’ve used, very rarely have a bad game and it holds its own in tier 10 matches. So naturally I got pretty excited when they teased the tigers but the difference for the price is pretty much non existent. just seems like a cash grab. Expected at least pref matchmaking / duel crew trainer just something unique to make it worth buying not just a snazzy paint job!

Aaron Mcclure obviously it would have to have had downgrades over a tech tree tiger 2, I was thinking more along the lines of the tiger 131 compared to the tech tree tiger 1 with its premium matchmaking. Also at £79 they should have an aspect of pay to win it’s a crazy amount of money, how can they justify that price for any premium tank?

Mr Fandango prices are out of control. I bought a BUNCH of premium tanks when they first came out. Now I haven't bought any for over a year. They were expensive before now the prices are silly

Aaron Mcclure same here. I bought the t34-88 and kv220-2 when the game was released on console, just waited for the type 59 and 131 to be sold again as I missed them first time around. I tend to pick up the cheap low tier tanks as they tend to be fun to play and most are a little op to so you feel like your getting something for your money.

Mr Fandango I would have bought both for 18,000 gold but not 25,000. Or if there was a free OP for the Capture King Tiger, many people probably won't mind spending 14,+00 gold for the German King Tiger. I have gotten the Hammer Tiger free & Fatherland. And I just paid for Tiger 131 & motherland when they where on sale.

there is a very good reason for this tank, gents. you can have fun earning 60% more silver while training your yankee crew. that makes it very very different and well worth for tiger fans.

I think the timing of these tanks is unfortunate. If these were released a year ago, they would have been great but being released now, they are just worse versions of the amx mle49. Also I think it was a real missed opportunity to make a tiger with the zimmerit paint like the Kraft panther. Other than that and the price, which is worse value than the amx, I think it’s a fine tank and I’m sure it will be a very popular hero tank. I have nothing but good memories about the tech tree tiger II. It was an effortless grind and if I needed another German or US premium, I would be very happy with either of these.

Yeah they should do a little bit better there best for skins like I could do even better (on paper but rough sketch) but yeah I kinda like the tanks so I'm going to buy them

I just got an offer for the king tiger for 50% off for a total of 7100 gold. Is it worth it for that price? It will cost me about $30 (6500 gold)to get it since I already have 2500 gold.

I have the same offer and same dilemma. I kind of still want it, but already have the Lowe and would rather have been offered the Captured for something.different. If you think you will play it and use it then you won't get a better price. Ask yourself - Did you look at it on Black Friday and wish it was half price? :o)

@@allanriggs788 i went ahead and got it with a couple of other tanks that were 50% off. The Russian t34 and fury sherman which both were in the low 2000 gold range. I've never seen the king tiger offered for sale till now so I said screw it and bought it even though I do have the Lowe as well. Im not buying any more for awhile after this lol!

For the first time I have to disagree with you (kinda). I LOVE the tiger so I might be a bit biased. I couldn't be happier that WG released both versions. Each with their own unique gun. I can understand people finding a bit of a money grab, but the King Tiger is THE tank that deserves it. Good reviews btw
