My father is 48 now and had a heart operation almost 1 year ago, this made him realise that quality time with loved ones is one of the most important things to do in life! He is almost fully recovered now and really loves good food. Especialy if it is high quality. My father has always been amazing to us and everybody around him and i would really like for him to go and experience a 3 star michelin restaurant. We have one in the Netherlands called the liberije witch is suposed to be amazing. I am a student restaurant, hotel, and kitchen manager and so my interest also lay in this area. I really like your content and i think you are an amazing chef!!! Thank you for all the relaxing videos and amazing ideas for the kitchen that you gave me!

Hi there, I am new to the States, and ideally do not have much idea about the Michelin star restaurants here. Would be happy to go anywhere that you would send us. By us, i mean my husband and I. You see we have been in a long distance for around 5 years (includes 2 years after the wedding) and just 2 months ago we were re-united! He has been on his toes and doing a lot to keep me comfortable and trying to make up for lost time ever since i stepped here. Just fulfilling every whim and fancy i pronounce! But since I am not earning, i cant really think of a way of surprising him! I really wish to win this and get a chance to take my husband out on a date! ☺️

My Son and I The French Laundry I am a stay at home father who’s son is obsessed with your videos. He tries out all of you recipes (and I’m lucky enough to get to taste them), however he has never had the opportunity to enjoy food from a fancy restaurant. I would take my son with me to the French Laundry to show him how beautiful food really can be, as well as giving him something to strive for as a cook. He has started his own KZbin channel, however has felt discouraged as no one seems to be watching them. My boyfriend and I are two medical students who are currently studying for our step 1 boards in mid June. Throughout this pandemic we’ve witnessed medical professionals compassionately and selflessly care for the sick, no matter who they are what they’ve done or where they’ve come from. Even though it’s been an extremely hard year, we’ve been so inspired and honored to be going into a profession to physically, mentally, and spiritually care for those who are sick. On the days when I wanted to give up, he was always there to lift me up even though he was going through the same thing too. It’s been a long road, but we’ve helped each other keep motivated to reach out dreams of becoming doctors. If chosen, I’d love to surprise him with a dinner at the French Laundry. We went to undergrad near the Napa Valley and always dreamed of going there someday. It would be such an awesome way to celebrate how far we’ve come and commemorate a huge milestone of passing boards together.

Helpful Tips :3 I just made creme brulee in my pastry class days ago and we used propane to torch the tops of it. If the sugar glaze on top is too dark like darker than golden brown or black you risk and lose the flavor of the caramelization because it ends up tasting very bitter if it's too dark like the big creme brulees you made. It's best to go a bit darker than golden brown but not black or dark brown to enjoy it properly. Also, for the small ones the best way is to hold it up with a propane torch and as you torch it you turn it around up high and let the sugar you torched drip down as you turn it and repeat to make it even and to avoid over torching it.

I would want to go to Eleven Madison Park with my brother. There are multiple reasons but a major one being their newly introduced vegan menu. Although now it is becoming more prevalent, it is quite rare to see true quality of cuisine with vegetarian/vegan food, and as a vegetarian, I want to be able to experience a top restaurant without being restricted by what I can or can't eat. Thus, I think it is monumental in the world of cooking and cuisine that Eleven Madison Park is broadening it's expertise to cater to people of all kinds. It would truly be the experience of a lifetime! Also, Happy Late Birthday Nick! You're actually the man, don't know what I would do without you!

I would go to Atelier Crenn in San Francisco and would take my mom. She means the world to me and she sacrificed a lucrative career to raise me and my brother. She is very into poetry and after seeing how Dominique writes her tasting menus in the form of poetry, she was immediately drawn in and became obsessed, checking out the menus that’d come up and dreaming that maybe one day she’d be able to go there. I hope that I can make that dream a reality. This would be the ultimate way of showing my appreciation for her.

Happy Birthday Nick!!! Love your channel! Former sommelier turned electrician. I MISS THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY but cooking your food for my construction buddies warms my heart. My husband and I married 4 years ago but could not really afford a big ceremony or a honeymoon for that matter. He doesn't have a huge appreciation for culinary artistry but he loves my cooking. I would LOVE to take him to Atelier Crenn in San Francisco. Chef Dominique is an acquaintance through the wine industry and I have mad respect for her technique, presentation and storytelling. I want to take my man so he can understand the dazzling artistry of the culinary world. THANK YOU!

I’m thirteen years old. I’ve made juicy steaks, crispy chicken sandwiches, and crispy Buffalo wings. I’ve come to the point where I cook by myself and surprise my family with delicious dinners. I’ve used all of your recipes. I love it and I just wanted to say thank you for inspiring me to cook.

I cannot pick a restaurant, so you would have to pick for me Nick! I would take my parents because of how much they have taken care of me this year. The reason I want to go on this feast (haha) is because I’ve been sick for 5 months, due to post Covid stuff, and it has really taken life out of me. I miss going to restaurants with my family almost every weekend, and this would be a giant thanks to my mom and dad for taking care of me throughout this year. Oh, and we can definitely film some of the yummy surprises!! Thank you.

I don't know of a restaurant with 3 Michelin stars, but any one of them would be life changing. I'd bring my wife as I love her so much. I'd bring her as she deserves to try the best food at least once in her life.

I would go to Benu in San Francisco, I would take the man who has taught me everything I know about seafood, and shaped me into a young sushi chef. He’s worked tirelessly starting his own restaurant, and I think this would be an amazing break for him.
