This property has great potential to be a very nice small farm, thank you for the tour, lots to dream about there! Fabricio is rapidly becoming a skilled videographer. This vid was very well done, just a bit too fast on the pans, and the drone shots were dizzying, but other than that this was excellent work, I especially love the "view from the window" shots, well done Fabricio!

Dear Rich, changes are always good , means always that you are growing intellectually, as you manage new ideas and projects. In this case, i would include the cozy library in the ground floor, wher i would create kitchen and living, with nice windows to the sun and garden.

​@@casaruralimobiliaria Полностью согласен с @artportraits. Не надо размахивать камерой - остановился на пороге комнаты , сделал медленную проводку, перешел в дальний угол - показал комнату еще раз. При подъеме по лестнице не надо направлять камеру под юбку впереди идущей даме ( ничего нового мы там не увидим , но во всех культурах это считается предосудительным и недопустимым). Попробуй сам снять видео без озвучки и человека в кадре ( второй дубль) и выложить вслед за основным , я уверен будет лучше первого. Объясню , почему я так думаю - вы, Фабрицио , являетесь наемным работником (не буду повторять как вас называет начальник , чтобы не раздражать зрителей канала), и вам сложно соблюсти баланс между работой по продвижению недвижимости и желанием двух теток покрасоваться в интернете. Мне аюсолютно не интересно какую стену вы хотите снести ,или какой дизайн сделаете. Для этого есть профессиональные инженеры и архитекторы . Предыдущий оператор , который работал с этими продавцами , до сих по все объекты которые снимает делит на спальни и сдает в аренду в своем воспаленном воображении (включая гаражи и курятники).
