Location of the farm is beautiful. Would have liked to hear more said about the building, whether it is possible to use as living accommodation. I may have missed it, i cannot recall you saying anything about water supply or electricity. I guess you are protecting the seller, if however you sellers agree, it could be very positive to include what3words location for the properties you feature. Best Joseph 😊

I did mention the electricity - 50m away, water would be the well that was spoken about because as I said the owner is capping it. of course borehole or municipal are options too, but this would be a more expensive option.

@@Farmerforfun By "capping it" you mean that the farmer is cleaning out the well and building a cover over it, right? You don't mean cutting it off, as the general application of the word "capping" means? I can't imagine the Farmer doing that, though.

I did speak about the electricity and water, the stream had a hedge so I couldn’t show the water there, but I showed where it was. inside of building is a ruin, there’s nothing in there

Would you Joseph really move there with you wife and child, who would save you in the lovely site when all the forest is burning around you? Especially when there has been big forest burning in both Portugal and Spain, just across the border 7500+ hectares. Itś not always just that beautiful and lovely. Maybe it would increase your credibility if you would bring the risks to these videos...

Well I live very close to this, walking distance… So yes I would. This part is not a high risk area. As you rightly said it’s the eucalyptus plantations and towards Spain where it is more arid that there is a risk
