The reason I watch your videos and subscribed is because of your love and respect for the water and her creatures. You always think of the future sustainability instead of what you can have right now. Awesome job mate! Cheers from Kentucky

These crab/fish cakes looked so good. I'm the only one who likes fish so I don't have it often, also I have health issues so don't cook much anymore. I went on a hunt to buy Crab or fish cakes. They were all made like a paste rather than any "chunks". Maybe i can get all the ingredients as you showed , cook it all and freeze the cakes. Delicious.

Ok Jay, I can tell by the way that you chop your vegetables that you have been watching cooking shows. Great job chef Jay.👍🏻😂😂😂😂😂😂I love your channel.❤️ stay safe wear a mask. 😷 You made enough potatoes for an army😂 where is the salt always add salt as you add each ingredient. Just a pinch,it adds much more flavor👍🏻

Great video my man! Everything looked so yummy but I said it before, I don’t know if you forgot but when your boiling the crabs in the salt water add some vinegar( any vinegar will do) it will allow you to keep the meat intact and also give it a nicer sweeter taste.

I think you are a fish he’d same as me. I had Halibut last night for tea, 2” thick by 3/4” wide. Cooked with half a bell shallot finely diced. Finely slice mushrooms, cook them till soft. Add 3 tablespoons of dry white wine, add full fat creme fraiche about 3 tablespoons. Mix and bring to the simmer, add the fish and cook for about 3 mins each side. Mine fillet was about a inch by inch and a half thick by 6 inch long ( the wife paid for it) . It was out of this world.
