I'll be interested to see what the final movement tool looks like. It looks like it could us a little improvement. But I like it that the gameplay feels more like Star Trek. This has been missing from most games and may be enough to suck me into a game I was planning on skipping. Looks like I will be needing some more shelf space.

Ok this looks pretty fun and not just straight to combat as the default mode. It seems like it mentions inches for movement so hopefully they can make the movement tool easier to use.

To be honest, I was expecting a lot more combat. Why did they pick the Dominion War as their preview kit, if they aren’t going to lean heavily into ship-vs-ship combat? Will the next wave feature a diplomacy mode, set against the backdrop of Wolf 359?

This game looks interesting. Not a Trekkie myself so the appeal is limited for me but need something to replace armada so I’ll have to check it out

Looks interesting but if I’m completely honest I’ll stick to 1st Edition X-Wing

I'm not impressed. The tools look cumbersome and tracking status on cards is not appealing. Wizkids needs to go back and re-invent the "Attack Wing" franchise with improved rules and better models.
