that trap card is pretty much the anime effect of that blue pendulum monster. Konami really suck at releasing tcg version. tcg version of that blue pen monster is can only use material from hand and GY and maybe from field too I think.

Also, when it summon that way put back all supreme king card that was destroyed back to it original position as if they were never destroyed. During your turn, tribute this card fusion 1 supreme king zarc using material from hand, field, GY, deck and/or extra deck.

It says right there on the trap, "but negate its effects unless at least 1 each of your 'Pendulum Dragon', 'Xyz Dragon', 'Synchro Dragon', and 'Fusion Dragon' are currently banished." By banishing Odd-Eyes Arc PENDULUM Dragon, Odd-Eyes Rebellion XYZ Dragon, Crystal Wing SYNCHRO Dragon, and Starving Venom FUSION Dragon for the fusion summon, he satisfies that requirement.

During the battle verse rescue ace, other player uses a monsters to flip Odd-eyes Vortex face down. Could Vortex not respond to negate it? Then it was destroyed by a trap and Vortex again couldn't didnt do anything. What was up with that?

With Preventer (to flip Vortex face-down), he could respond with Vortex, but presumably didn't want to destroy Preventer as that would let his opponent summon a banished Rescue-Ace monster. With the trap, I don't know why he didn't negate, but perhaps it's because he wanted an empty field so he could use Dragon Shrine and then summon Darkwurm with its effect.

Soul of the Supreme Celestial King requires you to specifically have the names of "Pendulum Dragon", "Xyz Dragon", "Synchro Dragon", and "Fusion Dragon" banished. You can use any Dragon-type Pendulum, Xyz, Synchro or Fusion monsters as material, but unless you specifically have the Dimension Dragons banished, the summoned Z-ARC will be negated.

I wish we could get all these banned cards this deck has back, in the TCG. Without Electrumite and such, this deck is barely even playable, even with the "new" support. And even if they'd bring these cards back, this deck would definetely not suddenly dominate everything, not at all.

Following off of the original Dimension Dragons: Odd-Eyes _Pendulum Dragon,_ Dark Rebellion _Xyz Dragon,_ Clear Wing _Synchro Dragon,_ Starving Venom _Fusion Dragon._ The trap would also work if Double Iris Magician, Black Fang Magician, White Wing Magician and Purple Poison Magician were banished (though you can't use them as material for the trap, they would have to be banished through different means).
