Recipe
2 cups cooked chicken
8 oz cream cheese
16 oz sour cream
1 pkg dry ranch dressing
1/2 tsp onion powder
3/4 cup bacon, chopped
1 1/2 cups colby jack cheese
green onions
Preheat oven to 400, spray a 2 qt baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside, in large bowl combine the cooked chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, bacon, ranch dressing, and one cup shredded cheese, mix, pour in dish, top with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, until hot and bubbly, top with green onions, or more bacon, I put mines on while cooking.
