Cracking Down on Synthetic Identity in 2021

I have been dealing with synthetic identity theft since 2017 when I turned 18 and found out about it. I can't put anything in my name and am 22 living with my parents and my toddler. I filed a police report, called the SS office, but can't even put a freeze on my own account, file for taxes, or pay my own debts! Someone please help.

I was put on a VPN and people around me are the ones doing it. you got shit backwards but expected
