Confiable is James Sinclair's 100th sudoku published on Logic Masters Germany and we predict this will be a puzzle long-remembered. This is APPROACHABLE and yet absolutely beautiful and will have you shaking your head in wonder... Let us know if we're right!

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits in a cage cannot repeat and must sum to the small clue in the top left corner of the cage. Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in that arrow’s circle. Digits in cells separated by a black dot have a 1:2 ratio (ie one digit is double the other).
The puzzle Simon mentioned in the introduction is called Region Geometry and it's by Emre Kolotoğlu. If you have some minutes free, you can try it at the link below. (Simon's solve is unlikely to appear because the video is 3hrs 36mins long and the KZbin algorithm will not be kind to it.
