This tumbler is gorgeous! I can't wait to try the crackle and I looooooove the glitter!!! Your waterslides. How do you create those? Do you print it on special paper?
@aliciamiranda57594 жыл бұрын
Hi. Beautiful job! Like a lot of people I am trying to learn as much as possible before attempting my first tumbler. I was wondering what causes the crackle effect? Do I need to add the alcohol ink to the paint for the reaction with the glue to happen? Or can I just use paint if I have a color I want to use?
@RebeccaEscott3 жыл бұрын
I am so sorry for my delayed response, As the glue dries under the top coat of paint, it causes the paint to shrink and crackle. No you dont need the inks to get the crackle affect.
@tonic51813 жыл бұрын
Hi I absolutely love this cup but can’t get my white vinyl background to work like yours. I’d rather not use white waterslide and have the white show so is there anyway you can do another background and show what you did ? Thank you. If not I understand 😊

Sometimes you have happy accidents. When I first started doing the wood grain cups, I tried all different kinds of brushes, I used different ones for different effects.
