Tom, people must accept the fact that their Sunday joint, midweek mince or Saturday Ribeye steak comes from your farms beef animals, lambs too and no doubt pigs should you have any. I am a retired butcher/shop and slaughter man, began on granddads small holding in the 1940's. Perhaps a video of your farm shop, we see the conformation and quality of the beef animals you produce, would it not be out of order to see the cutting room, best regards.

I always need to/ think to do a farm shop video but because I’m on the farm a lot and not in the shop as much. It’s hard to stop and get clean 😂 but I think it’s an important job ☺️

I’m a hypocrite of the highest order. I adore animals and couldn’t bear to know that one was harmed. I’m also the biggest carnivore on earth. I’m so grateful to butchers and slaughter men because I know that I most definitely could not do it. I’d have to live on potatoes 😂

Thanks for the memories of 2022. Enjoyed the years end review immensely. I have followed along from the beginning. Watching you promote farming in the UK has been a genuine learning adventure for me, a retired 50 year Black Angus breeder, here in the USA. Continued education is a must and you certainly get the point across that practicing what you preach is a must. The Pemberton Clan are simply the best. You have showed us how to laugh and how to cry; overcome obstacles both large and small; and making informed decisions. You are not just making the British aware of how necessary the farmer is to the survival of the UK your making it fun and making sense out of it. The Ginger Warrior's passion for worms , drainage and care of the grass inspired my nephew and his sons to put reforms into place to improve the pastures on their farms. There was one video that I Still chuckle about, is the one where you were moving cows 🐄 out of the shed from the farm across the road. All the cows ran outside with you bringing up the rear, you stop dead yell out “are you kidding me” a cow 🐄 had run up a huge mound of gravel and was looking down at you.
