LOL =] Im here becaus im making a paper on music. In the section "Influance of music on the human" I came across reversed speech and backmasking. "Stairway to heavan" is a form of reversed speech and this song is backmasked =] backward its a lord's prayer and in normal its satanic gibberish. So is the intro of "hell awaits" by Slayer =]

Cradle Of Filth are awesome! This is an amazing tune but it's not as amazing and "wow" as everyone thinks it is. When you play the song forwards it doesn't make any sense because it's fluent backwards! It's meant to be like that! Still awesome though :)

i did this to one of our tracks. we wrote this song called 'mutliated carcasses among the living'. and we reversed the track and i did in the best satanic sounding voice i could do along with a keyboard tracked little children crying sound going 'BUY FROM WAL-MART... Theys recorded backround music normal and then recorded the prayer and reversed it and then they mixded those two sounds... that is why the prayer is so clear and the rest of it isn't... it is very simple...

readin the lords prayer (what that was and its catholic ) in backwards was actually a part of the black mass im not say that has anything to do with the band but its an interesting piece of info.
