Yay for sticking with a game “in development” after so long. It IS very pretty and the building aspect is the real attraction. Thanks for checking back in. I dip in from time to time to see what’s changed. I expect that by the end of next year he’ll have it to the state the Java version was at. That won’t please the people wanting a full on survival or fighting game, but for those of us who just building it’s enough.

Just seen the roadmap that the dev shared on one of the reviews on the steam page,it's massive,all the things to come,looks like there is much done already too and that for a solo dev,grats on that!the game looks great now since the switch to the unity engine.Thanks GE for bringing this back to our attention.

Please, you have to play more of this. I think this is the game I discovered you on. Got me to give it a try, way back when it looked a hell of a lot more busted. LOL This new look and feel is miles better then all those years ago. Thinkin of jumping on a run through myself, in fact. LOL

You are my go-to guy for gaming. Just hit 1:11 and have gone and bought the game. My bff and I live in differents states now, so our get togethers are playing games. This is my fav game have 2K hours on it :D I love building ships in this game like Titanic etc. have ton of blueprints on forum but yes please do a full on gameplay cause the building got even more intricate and textures looks amazing

i like that texture option. first time seeing the game, that feature is like the mod badgers build styles for valheim where you can add your own textures to use on the building pieces

Definitely keep on playing this, GE, atleast a couple of episodes, it is a demo version anyways. You didn't play the java version for very long, but I actually love this game but don't like to play it myself, sounds strange, but I feel lonely and lost in it, very uncomfortable, but I love people getting creative in it, this is what it is made for, hopefully they will add technology to the game something like in Medieval Engineers and beyond, so make a hype around it to motivate the devs to hurry up with a full version 😋

What a wonderful game! I love that you get more logs from trees, the sound quality is nice, the developer has many cool items in the game and in development! I hope he is able to continue and complete it, as you said it is A LOT of work! Thank you for the video!

Remember "outlaws of the old west"? (a game that faceplanted pretty promptly) this game looks like it's on the same engine, as many seem to be.

Would love to see keep with this game and like you say its a builders dream right from the basic minecraft type building to using the more advance building and the only limitation is really your own mind, the game is still in a very early state so ther is still way more stuff coming to this little gem, not sure when you recorded this but a new patch as increased the iron spawn rate but most ors are underground.

FYI, there are no NPC, caves, animals, etc. Use bonfires to mark a journey if you plan on scouting the landscape. There is no cloth or cotton to make it. However, you can use saplings to make yarn, IIRC. Use cheat codes to get stuff not in the game. The devs are currently working on the water.

If you hold F instead of clicking f when you are accessing the crafting bench (or other things) you will get the option to move them (and sometimes other options)

Pretty sure animals haven’t been re added yet. Doesn’t look like hunger and thirst have been either. I’ve had this game since the olden days, but it really needs the animals to be more fun.

No animals or mobs yet. Hunger and thirst are in but needs balancing.

I think hunger and thirst are back but off by default. You can turn it on in settings, but there isn’t that much random water so it could actually be a challenge.

Just redownloaded this game after watching about 6 minutes of the video... not disappointed... BUT.... my interface doesn't look anything like yours... are you running mods? or am i just an idiot? because the inventory/crafting interface is just as crap as i remember it. and, yes i did opt in. and also... you are my binge channel😁

The amount of iron depends on the size of the resource nodes. 10, 4, 8, 4, 7, 8 are the amounts of iron you got from each iron node you mined after you started your first batch. It could be some randomness but it looks like you get more from the larger rocks and less from the smaller ones.

No caves. animals or mobs...YET! This is just a very early world generation preview. No real gameplay yet but no better creative building game even at this early release. The advanced building is unrivaled. Many more regions and biomes are planned but the development has been very slow as it is just one person.

@GE You don't need to wait for the Iron bars to cool ...if you right-click on the forge a menu will pop up showing you the option to pull them all out at once without the need to wait.
